Where as once website design could be charged out at a very good rate to both the client and the designer, it is becoming more and more common to get requests for a simple one page website design that acts as a 24/7, 365 day a year business card.
All the client frequently needs is an online presence, with a contact form and a synopsis of their business. This leaves any additional funds available to produce the necessary business stationery, brochures, flyers and additional marketing material.
Property advertising is often the first choice of media when marketing any residential or commercial property.
When it comes to selling your property there are a whole host of platforms, ideas and marketing concepts to choose from, but experience and research tells us that people still look to their local newspaper, or property section in a magazine, as their first choice when looking to buy or rent a new home.

It’s been a miserable old Monday for me here, the rain doesn’t stop pouring, the bills keep coming and I even ran out of coffee. Now this is serious.
However, just as I coasted in to the end of the day i received the great news that the latest book cover illustration I designed has now officially been confirmed as the front cover on the the first print run of SCIRON, by David Rashleigh.
So now I’m off out, with a spring in my step to go and buy some celebratory beers. Mondays. Always knew I liked them really :)
